Small Group Coaching for Executive Director or Development Director Teams
Qualification and commitment requirements for Small Group Coaching:
- You are an Executive Director of a Non-profit organization bringing members of your team together to work on specific challenges or goals
- Six Zoom Calls to be scheduled within an 8 week period
- Each call is 50-60 minutes long
- You and your group are willing to commit to following through on all the plans made during the call.
